About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Seasonal Store Associate to join our team at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA. As a key contributor to our retail store experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores, and working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve aggressive sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our company culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion for active lifestyles.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
  • Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required, which may weigh 10-30 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
