Role of the Maintenance Technician
PCA is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians who possess a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems.

Technicians collaborate as a team to safely execute preventive maintenance tasks and respond to breakdown incidents in a manufacturing environment.

All Maintenance Technician roles are multi-skilled, and training is available to enhance these competencies.


Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is advantageous.
- The production schedule operates across three shifts, with placements determined by plant requirements and employee seniority. Opportunities for shift changes may arise with organizational adjustments or production schedule modifications.
