Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Disk Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for repairing and performing daily and monthly planned maintenance on equipment comprised of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing and maintaining complex electronic and electrical systems utilizing hardwired or computerized controls, power distribution systems, instrumentation, and other electrical and electronic equipment.
- Working from drawings, service manuals, and descriptions of equipment behavior to troubleshoot and repair issues.
- Using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, recorders, and digital measuring equipment to identify faulty circuits and resolve problems.
- Replacing or substituting devices such as amplifiers, logic cards, memory units, feedback devices, high voltage switches, printed circuit boards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Performing related duties as necessary to support the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience working directly with machines (electrical and mechanical).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
