About the Job
The Claims Representative I will be responsible for successfully completing basic training, performing basic job functions, and relying on others for instruction and guidance. You will work in a hybrid model (remote and office), with on-site training required at our Cincinnati, OH office. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent and related experience* Good oral and written communication skills* Ability to work from home with hard-wired internet access and a quiet and private workspace (preferred)* Non-management non-exempt job level* CLM > Claims Reps job family* Must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location
