Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will design high-performance RF products, integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls, develop performance validation methodologies, and validate new designs for specification compliance. You will also function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary design team, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and collaborating with product lines, departments, and MPG sites.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities strongly preferred include experience designing co-site mitigation equipment and/or radio equipment, knowledge of AWR Microwave Office or similar packages, and demonstrated project leadership ability. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
