Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care based on assessment and plan of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
