Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Oakley, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This is a seasonal position that offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading sports eyewear brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience by making a connection, paying attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
• Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
