Job Title: Seasonal Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories to effectively communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and lifestyle to customers.
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in-store.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company and communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
  • Elevated sense of personal style.
