Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist with preparing a variety of foods, including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the Point of Sale system to process customer transactions, manage cash accuracy, and make deposits at the end of each shift.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory and restock supplies and food products, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain food temperatures, and notify cooks if temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
  • Food Presentation: Set up serving lines, and serve hot and cold items to customers.
Requirements:
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, and monitor food temperatures.
