Role Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse associates in the preparation and movement of goods, ensuring adherence to safety, performance, and accuracy standards. This role is vital in maintaining documentation that facilitates the smooth flow of merchandise within the distribution center, directly impacting safety, cost, and service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure all functions and procedures are executed as directed by management.
2. Oversee the receiving, unloading, movement, and loading of merchandise.
3. Verify the accuracy of item counts upon receipt and document any discrepancies or damages.
4. Coordinate the delivery of items to designated locations, ensuring proper documentation is obtained.
5. Maintain organized storage of inventory to prevent spoilage or damage; implement stock rotation practices.
6. Ensure a safe working environment by reporting any hazardous conditions.
7. Manage stock control, forecast future inventory needs, and adjust par levels accordingly.
8. Process stock orders, manage dead stock, and schedule deliveries effectively.
