Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and evaluating patient care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families, providing education and support to promote health and well-being.
  • Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, promoting efficient workflow and excellent patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
