Position Overview:
The Regional Credit Administrator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the credit risk associated with the regional loan portfolio. This position is essential for ensuring that the credit exposure aligns with the guidelines established by senior management and relevant committees.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Credit Oversight:** Ensure that the credit risk within the loan portfolio is managed effectively, adhering to the Bank's Loan Policy and applicable regulations.
2. **Loan Approval Authority:** Provide loan approvals within designated authority and recommend larger commitments to the appropriate approval level.
3. **Policy Implementation:** Develop and enforce procedures to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, including the interpretation of loan policies.
4. **Problem Credit Monitoring:** Establish early detection systems for potential credit issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
5. **Senior Credit Authority:** Act as the primary credit approval authority for the region, making decisions on complex credit situations in collaboration with various stakeholders.
6. **Training and Development:** Deliver training programs to enhance the analytical skills of loan officers and keep them informed about current credit administration topics.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience, particularly in credit administration and loan management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess credit situations quickly.
