Youth Leader - Christian Career

Christian Career is in search of a dedicated individual to spearhead the youth ministry initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in imparting spiritual teachings, fostering connections with young individuals, and collaborating with church leadership to establish a comprehensive vision for the youth program. This part-time role offers opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a Christ-centered lifestyle and engage in regular prayer for the youth.
  • Manage and execute educational programs for the youth ministry.
  • Guide and support the spiritual development of young members.
  • Engage with youth during worship services and assist with children's activities.
  • Build strong relationships with both students and their families.
  • Recruit, mentor, and oversee volunteers and youth leaders.
  • Provide periodic updates and reports to church leadership.
Qualifications:
  • A deep calling to serve youth and a strong commitment to biblical teachings.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and lead ministry teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Alignment with the organization's Statement of Faith.
  • Successful completion of a background screening.
