In this position, you will:

  • Serve as a primary contact for referrals and patients via phone and in-store interactions.
  • Recommend appropriate medical equipment to clients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
  • Perform filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist walk-in customers as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Background in administrative or office roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
