  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station, menus, and other front-of-house areas.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, daily specials, and general restaurant activities to provide informed and engaging interactions with guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about our restaurant's operating hours, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining environment.
  • 1 year of experience with Open Table or similar reservation systems.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to listen effectively, understand guest needs, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals. The noise level can be moderate to loud, depending on the work site and equipment operation.
