Position Title: Maintenance Specialist
Compensation: Starting pay at $28.15 per hour.
Sign-On Incentive: $1000 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and an additional $500 after 1 year.
Category/Shift: Full-Time Hourly (Monday-Friday)
Available Shifts: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
Training: Initial training will occur on the first shift. Flexibility to work across all shifts is necessary to accommodate overtime.
Location: Fond du Lac Container Facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance support is provided safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and the facility.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Perform emergency maintenance as required.
- Execute repairs and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
- Accurately complete maintenance work orders and necessary documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of problems from simple to complex.
- Utilize equipment manuals and technical literature for reference.
- Effectively read and interpret measuring instruments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in machine shop operations.
- Consistent work history with a good attendance record.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to quality teamwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
