Roadside Assistance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide support to policyholders experiencing vehicle issues. As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating services such as locksmith assistance and towing. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic call center environment.
