We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities- Install and connect various HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet all safety and quality standards.
- Design and install advanced HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation of generators, gas lines, and HVAC units in residential settings.
- Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
- Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Residential HVAC Installation experience.
- Experience with leading a 2+man crew.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Sheet Metal license in MA highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
- An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
- Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
