Pay: $24-$25/hr

About the Role: Energy Auditor I
As an Energy Auditor, you’ll work directly with small business owners, tenants, and utility customers, providing expert advice on how to save energy and improve efficiency. Your role involves conducting energy assessments, installing energy-saving equipment, and promoting utility rebate programs—all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site energy assessments (electric/gas systems).
  • Install energy-efficient devices like LED lights and thermostats.
  • Educate customers about energy-saving opportunities and rebate programs.
  • Collaborate with building owners and managers to promote energy efficiency.
  • Track data, report findings, and assist customers with follow-ups.
  • Maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Work closely with the team to improve processes and share insights.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in HVAC, residential construction, or energy efficiency programs.
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
