Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $96,000 per annum, reflecting the hospital's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. In addition, Portsmouth Regional Hospital provides a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting staff development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes
  • Supporting improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership team members
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt certification within 90 days of employment start date
