Job Summary

The Speech Therapist Clinical Fellowship is a unique opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a pediatric setting, providing assessment and treatment services to children with communication and swallowing disorders. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work closely with experienced speech-language pathologists to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment services to children with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop strategies for supporting children's communication and swallowing needs
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
  • Provisional licensure in the state of PA and eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year in accordance with ASHA guidelines
  • Experience working with children with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
