Job Summary

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Inpatient Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care for pediatric patients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • One year of pediatric ED or in-hospital experience preferred.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • PALS within six months of hire.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) initial certification within one year of employment; certification required bi-annually.
