Job Summary

As an LPN Inpatient Rehab, you'll provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You'll also monitor and report patient symptoms, reactions, and progress to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Perform nursing tasks as appropriate and safe under indirect supervision of the RN

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • Current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS Certification
