Role Overview:

The **Assistant Project Manager for Construction** will play a vital role in the development and execution of our restaurant projects. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our construction efforts align with our brand standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the evaluation of initial floor plans and development strategies for real estate projects.
  • Liaise with design professionals and manage the administrative aspects of construction projects.
  • Review and secure necessary permits for construction activities.
  • Modify building plans and specifications as required.
  • Provide valuable insights regarding development budgets and timelines.
  • Foster relationships with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors across different regions.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments during the launch of new restaurant locations.
  • Organize and oversee the scheduling of brand vendors.
  • Offer support to franchise owners throughout the construction phase.
  • Travel as needed for site inspections and project evaluations.
  • Regularly communicate updates on project progress, potential setbacks, and logistical adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or development planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project planning and management.
  • Preferred experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam REVU, and SmartSheets.
