As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way HVAC and Refrigeration systems are operated in these sectors.

About the Role

This 100% remote, field sales opportunity requires individuals who live local to the territory or are willing to relocate. You will be responsible for building relationships with owners and managers of restaurants, gas station convenience stores, and small businesses, understanding their unique business needs, and showcasing how Monaire solutions can help them achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sourcing or closing sales roles, restaurant operations, or related fields, as well as excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and nurture high-potential leads and skillfully navigate the entire sales journey from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Uncover and qualify promising prospects through a multi-pronged approach, leveraging personal contacts, industry events, online research, and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Generate lists of prospective restaurants, gas station convenience stores, or other small business owners and manage the entire sales cycle from initial calls to close
  • Initiate and conduct insightful discovery calls to delve into the customer's business objectives and pain points as it relates to HVAC and Refrigeration systems, utility bills, repair costs, and downtime
