The Facilities Support Services Manager is responsible for supervising the various support functions within Facilities Management and overseeing a range of vendors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of support services within Facilities Management.
2. Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality service delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to the operation of equipment.
4. Oversee project coordination and execution.
Qualifications:
- A valid U.S. Driver's license without corrective lens requirements.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred: Associate Degree in a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong knowledge of safety protocols for handling moving and refuse equipment.
2. Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 45 lbs.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and TMA.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation:
This position is classified as non-exempt and is assigned to pay grade 25. Tulane University offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your health and well-being.
