  • Design and implement new algorithm components within our production dispatching system to meet emerging requirements

  • Extract insights from logistics data through analyzing data and modeling, and translate those insights into production algorithm components
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, business operators, and more to develop cross-cutting and scalable solutions to guide value for our consumers, dashers, and merchants
Requirements
  • PhD. or masters in operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of research or industry experience working on complex optimization problems through mathematical programming or metaheuristics
  • Programming fundamentals, experience in object-oriented and functional programming languages, and an understanding of algorithms
