Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Cocktail Server to join our exceptional team of professionals. As a Cocktail Server at Truluck's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Display Southern Hospitality: Connect with guests, develop loyal relationships, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Professional Appearance: Adhere to our company standards, ensuring a polished and refined image at all times.
  3. Work with Teamwork in Mind: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience for our guests.
  4. Abide by Liquor Service Laws: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for our guests.
  5. Perform Cocktail Lounge Set-Up and Closing Duties: Ensure the cocktail lounge is prepared for service, and complete all necessary closing tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  6. Serve Guests with Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, adhering to our steps in service and scripts as trained.
  7. Maintain Cocktail Lounge, Dining Room, and Service Area Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.
  8. Operate the POS Computerized Cash Register System: Accurately process transactions, adhering to our company cash handling policies.
  9. Avoid Leaving Work Area During Peak Periods: Communicate needs to the Leadership Team or servers, ensuring seamless service during busy periods.
  10. Take Breaks Only at Non-Busy Periods: Adhere to the Leader's instructions, as stated in the Ambassador Handbook.
  11. Lawfully Declare Tips: Accurately report tips, adhering to our tip declaration procedure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years previous hospitality experience, with a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
  • Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours.
  • Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Command of the English language.
  • Basic computer usage skills.
  • Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to 20 lbs.
