Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and address any issues or concerns.
  • Perform tasks such as laundry, linen management, and waste disposal.
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, including checking in guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
