Job Overview

Position Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Company Overview: NPC Global is a prominent distribution firm seeking to enhance our financial team with an Accounts Payable Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from external suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding all facets of the accounts payable workflow, including the processing of invoices for disbursement.
  • Notify management about the priority of particular vendor requests.
  • Conduct research to deliver precise and prompt solutions to internal clients and vendors across various locations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of vendor invoices and verify that appropriate general ledger account codes are applied.
  • Facilitate routine vendor payments and reconcile checks with supporting documentation for review by the financial manager.
  • Review both paid and unpaid invoices, including cleared payment inquiries and check voiding, to uphold accurate records in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
