Job Summary

At NPC Global, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices, as well as maintaining a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor accounts and transactions
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
