Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences in our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining the showroom floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business
- Assist the General Manager with operational functions
- Support with deliveries when a driver is unavailable
Requirements:
- 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
- Valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
- Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
