Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Pay Target: $35.50 per hour
