At Sandy River Center - Farmington, ME, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective nursing care to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
