Nurse Care Specialist

As a skilled Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide compassionate care to patients at the end of life in a hospice setting. This role requires excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including pain and symptom management, wound care, and medication administration.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting all aspects of care provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license and current certification in palliative or hospice care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
