Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Hardware Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing electrical and electronic systems for our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical and electronic systems, including circuitry, algorithms, and integrated circuitry.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design margin and validation analyses, and empirical testing on new and modified designs.
- Collaborate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners to ensure design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
- Lead a project team of electrical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for moderately complex products.
- Represent the electrical hardware team for all phases of larger and more complex development projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at management levels.
