Job Summary:

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with gastroenterologists and registered nurses in the gastroenterology lab to assist with various GI procedures and related work. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist gastroenterologists with GI procedures and related tasks, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Transport patients between departments, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Inventory and manage supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with inventory clerks.
  • Collect data for performance improvement initiatives, driving continuous growth and improvement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, embracing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a gastroenterology lab or operating room setting, with a focus on endoscopic procedures.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and CNA certification preferred.
