  • Integrate diverse technologies to provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting of performance and costs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system outages or performance issues and communicate findings for ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to recommend solutions and drive performance/cost efficiency.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in rgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, New Relic, and Graphan.
  • Experience in public cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS preferred).
  • Experience operating secrets management tools (HashiCorp Vault preferred).
  • Experience using orchestration, automation, and configuration management solutions (Jenkins/Terraform/SaltStack/Rundeck preferred).
  • Experience deploying a modern monitoring stack (Prometheus/Grafana preferred).
  • Experience maintaining DNS infrastructure (bind preferred).
  • Ability to recommend, design, build, and support complex solutions at scale.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of software version control systems and release management (Git preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Security Groups and Policies, API Gateways, and Security Governance on AWS/Azure.
