Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Specialist to join our team at TechnoGen. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MuleSoft integration solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards.
* Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
* Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products.
* Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
* Experience in project end-to-end deployment in a highly complex environment.
* Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master's degree preferred.
* Prior background on the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, OMS, etc.).
* PMP Certification
* Experience in EDI
