Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor IV to join our team at Rivian. As a key member of our service operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
