Job Summary:

United Security is seeking a high-level security officer to join our team at a corporate office complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing security patrols, observing for potential security concerns, and maintaining access control. They will also provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with clients, employees, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and maintain access control to ensure the security of the premises.
  • Attend to the front desk and greet customers, employees, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficient in technology and software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
