Job Summary

The Greek House Director is a key member of the InsideHigherEd team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and staff of a Greek residential facility. This is a twelve-month position with set working hours for the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Greek house
  • Develop and implement programs to promote a safe, hospitable, and respectful living environment
  • Collaborate with the University and community resources to provide support services for students
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. higher education, student affairs, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. student affairs, residential life, Greek life)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a Greek community or residential life setting
  • Knowledge of University policies and procedures
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning
