Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our senior residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care, and support the rehabilitation and restorative care of our residents. This is a full-time position, working day shifts, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with dental care, feeding, bathing, and other personal care activities
  • Provide restorative and rehabilitative procedures to help residents thrive
  • Perform Range of Motion Exercises and record data
  • Answer resident calls promptly and maintain confidentiality
  • Champion safety precautions and ensure a safe environment
  • Accurately document in Care Tracker and maintain accurate records
  • Attend training sessions and in-service training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Certified CNA or Certified Med Tech
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of senior residents
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
