Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our senior residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position, working day shifts, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures, including range of motion exercises and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
