We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Star Pipe Products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a related role. A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
  • Improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  • Analyze data to measure the success of implemented process improvements.
