Catering Sales Director

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a talented Catering Sales Manager 2 to join our team in Hawaii. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for building relationships and driving sales results. As a Catering Sales Manager 2, you will be responsible for soliciting and handling catering sales opportunities, ensuring business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.

You will conduct day-to-day activities related to catering sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieving personal sales goals is also an essential part of this role.

• Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
• Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will research and develop new leads for catering business, participate in catering sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business, and up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential.

• A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• OR A 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
