Job Summary:

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move and transport materials on a construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to move and transport materials such as lumber and building materials
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment
  • Complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
  • May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment
  • May perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of operating experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
