Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Technician III to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in medical equipment service and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex medical equipment, including diagnostic and therapeutic devices
  • Provide technical support for patient care equipment and networked medical systems
  • Design and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technology and industry developments to ensure our equipment is always running at optimal levels
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in medical equipment service and repair
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment, including diagnostic and therapeutic devices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
