Are you an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer?
The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail, a strong passion for craftsmanship, and the capability to lead a team in delivering exceptional results. As the Lead Cabinet Installer, you will manage the installation of kitchen cabinets, ensuring that all projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of cabinet installers to efficiently complete kitchen remodeling projects.
- Install cabinets, including both custom and prefabricated units, ensuring precise alignment, secure fastening, and professional finishes.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately implement project plans.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Conduct quality control assessments to guarantee all work aligns with company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the installation process, making necessary adjustments to adhere to project timelines.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior installers, offering guidance and support to foster their skill development.
- Demonstrated experience as a cabinet installer or in a similar capacity, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and inspire a team.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools commonly utilized in cabinet installation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods.
- Experience in kitchen remodeling or related construction fields.
- Certification or training in carpentry or cabinet making.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
