- Provide support to patients during therapy sessions, including setting up equipment and assisting with exercises.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physical therapy or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
